Queens Head

At the heart of the beautiful, rural village of West Chiltington, the Queens Head has a well-deserved reputation for it's warm welcome, delicious food, fine wines - including excellent local wines - and of course a great range of craft ales. Newly refurbished, it retains its Sussex style with a clean, modern twist.

There are three main areas inside this village inn. The main bar has a true country pub feel, centred around a large, open fireplace and oak beams. The restaurant, which seats 40 in a well-spaced, stylish environment, is separate from the bar area. Last - but certainly not least - is the ever-popular gin bar, where leather sofas await the serious gin-drinker. We always stock around 20-30 excellent and interesting gins, with our signature cocktail, the Queen Lizzie, featuring peach and hibiscus dry gin. Outside, there is a family beer garden and a separate patio dining/drinking area.
