New Inn, The

Set at the foot of the South Downs National Park, yet only 15 minutes from Brighton and the sea, The New Inn is a Grade II listed converted gourmet pub at the heart of the bustling village of Hurstpierpoint. We serve a wide range of freshly prepared dishes in a relaxed and inviting environment and pride ourselves on the high level of hospitality we provide.

The front bar is a great place to socialise; tall tables and stools allow for easy conversation whether standing or seated. Major sporting events are shown on the TV and in the winter the open fire keeps the chill off. The Snug is the oldest part of the building and a lovely cosy room. The old oak panelling is adorned with old pictures of Nelson, Trafalgar and the Empire. An open fireplace provides the only heat to the room in the winter. This area can also be booked for private parties.
