Available Harvey Houses

The Royal Oak, (London)
44 Tabard Street, The Borough,
London, SE1 4JU

A great opportunity has arisen to take over Harveys only London pub - The highly regarded Royal Oak in fashionable Borough. The Royal Oak is a proper old fashioned Victorian beer house and has won many awards and accolades over the past 12 years. It’s situated in an excellent location near the famous Borough Market Latest reports on beer lovers website give the Royal Oak high praise for its well kept selection of our ales and good food so it is vitally important to Harveys that the house continues to trade in very much the same style.

The trading area consists of an island bar with two operational areas and a lobby in the style of a traditional Bottle & Jug. On the first floor there is a small function/meeting room and a trade kitchen with an electric dumb waiter to the ground floor bar. There is good sized domestic accommodation on the second floor.

Only prospective tenants with a genuine passion for traditional ale, traditional food, and traditional service should apply for this very special tenancy.
Harveys is able to offer this prestigious pub for tenancy due to the impending retirement of the current operators

Two Brewers
Maidstone Road,
Hadlow, Kent. TN11 0DL

The Two Brewers is a very well placed community pub in excellent condition throughout. Offering a great opportunity for a lively couple who wish to involve themselves in creating a traditional ale house in the heart of Hadlow, from where Harveys purchases hops for the brewery in Lewes. It has a compact walled garden, car parking for nine vehicles, a one bar house but sectioned to offer a unique style and appeal. There is an opportunity to have back bar ale dispensed direct from the cask. Private accommodation consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, sitting room and kitchen.

White Hart
Queen Street, Arundel.
West Sussex. BN18 9JG

The White Hart in Arundel is approximately 50mtrs on the Southside of the River Arun, on the main road into this delightful town.

Currently the main bar is to the front and the eating area to the rear, with a charming courtyard patio to the Southside. There are three letting rooms and substantial private accommodation over two floors. There is a trade kitchen and large barn area for storage, with possible trade or refurbished toilet opportunities. To the rear there a very large public pay car park adjacent to the recently refurbished Lido. The house has parking for four cars in the walled rear area. This house needs some TLC.

It will ideally suit a couple who know, understand and care about Arundel. Harveys is keen to see this house put back in its rightful position and will support the right applicants.
